Psychotherapy

Our hourly psychotherapy fee can range  per therapy hour (depending on your clinician). You are expected to pay for each session at the time it is held, unless we agree otherwise. In circumstances of unusual financial hardship, we may be willing to negotiate a fee adjustment and/or payment installment plan. 

We do not charge for brief, 5 minute or less, phone calls where the issues are minor (e.g. scheduling, briefly communicate changes or issues). However, for longer calls, we prorate the charge (i.e., $100 for a 30-minute call).  

If for any reason you need to cancel our appointment time (e.g. illness, family emergency, etc.), please notify your clinician 24 hours in advance via phone call or email. If you contact your clinician within 24 hours of your prearranged appointment time, we will charge a  cancellation fee (same as your Psychotherapy fee) due your next appointment.
