Chris Kubota
Neurodiversity Affirming
Chris Kubota (he/him) is a Pre-Licensed Professional who provides therapy for children, teens, and young adults at Forest Psychological Clinic in Lake Oswego, Oregon. He works under the supervision and clinical licensure of Dr. Robert Field, Licensed Psychologist (PSY 3763).
