His work at Quest informs his supervision philosophy and gives him a unique vantage to mentor clinicians in translating program-based training into day-to-day therapeutic and assessment work. At Forest Psychological Clinic, Dr. Field provides guidance and oversight to emerging clinicians as they learn to balance empathy with precision in their clinical work.
