Lake Oswego Office
Forest Psychological Clinic's Lake Oswego office serves clients across the lifespan, from young children through adulthood, with a particularly strong focus on children, teens, and their families. Our team here has deep experience working with neurodivergent patients, including those navigating autism, ADHD, learning differences, and emotional or behavioral concerns. Set in a modern, light-filled space next to Foothills Park, this office is designed to feel calm and welcoming for kids and parents alike, while still providing the clinical depth families need for evaluations and ongoing therapy.

The Office
Our Lake Oswego office is a bright, modern professional space just steps from Foothills Park and the Willamette River, close to downtown Lake Oswego. With plenty of natural light and a calm, family-friendly feel, it's an easy, peaceful setting for evaluations and therapy alike.
Parking
Free on-site parking is available directly outside the building, making the Lake Oswego office easy to access for patients and families.
Getting in the door
Forest Psychological Clinic is located in Suite 220 on the second floor. Patients can enter the building during normal business hours without an entry code, ring, or check-in call. Take either the elevator or the stairs to the second floor and come into Suite 220, where you're welcome to wait in one of our two waiting areas until your clinician is ready for you.
Public Transit
Lake Oswego is especially convenient by car, with free on-site parking. For those using transit, the Lake Oswego Transit Center at 4th Street and A Avenue serves downtown Lake Oswego and connects with TriMet routes, though we recommend confirming current routing before your visit.
Accessibility
Our Lake Oswego office is fully ADA accessible, with elevator access to the second-floor clinic. If you need an accessible in-person appointment, this is the right physical location for you.
Telehealth from this office
In addition to in-person appointments in Lake Oswego, Forest Psychological Clinic offers telehealth throughout Oregon. Some clinicians are also licensed to provide telehealth to clients located in Washington. Availability varies by provider and service.

Yes. Forest Psychological Clinic provides comprehensive autism evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults at the Lake Oswego office.
Yes. ADHD evaluations and other comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations are available in Lake Oswego.
Yes. Our evaluations can assess learning differences, cognitive functioning, and related developmental and psychological concerns.
Licensed psychological evaluations at this office are provided by Dr. James Thatcher and Dr. Zaheeda Virani. Predoctoral practicum students may also participate in clinical services under direct supervision where appropriate.
Yes. We offer in-person therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, with particular experience supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and families.
Medication management is not currently provided in person at the Lake Oswego office. Forest offers medication management through our Northeast Portland location and through telehealth when appropriate.
